Using your personal data, you can create a "Sparksbuy membership" in the physical Sparksbuy stores. You can use our physical store services more easily and save time with this simple option. You must sign a document at the time of sale or exchange confirming that you have the legal right to sell the item(s) to Sparksbuy. keeps this signed legal document.

It should be noted that "Sparksbuy membership" and "Sparksbuy username" are not the same. In spite of the fact that you have already registered a "Sparksbuy username" during the order placement process, you agree to become a "Sparksbuy member" in order to sell goods to Sparksbuy through Sparksbuy.

We reserve the right, at any time and without giving a reason, to cancel the user's Sparksbuy membership in physical stores, online, or both, preventing them from transacting online or in-person.

Please be aware that we do not currently provide an online buying or selling service in India.
